HEAL AND SOOTHE RELIEVED ME OF MY PAIN!

"I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about I had a great experience with the people I worked with and even got special pricing. My heal and soothe has helped me change my life and get active again and I also take some other supplements from them called super joint. Excellent products I had no issues. "

Pathetic customer service

"Good price on an X-Chair, but it arrived broken and missing parts. Healthyback.com were good about replacing the broken parts, horrible about the missing parts. I contacted them 3 times about those, they promised follow-up, nothing happened for weeks, and then they ghosted me -- stopped responding completely to my e-mails. Left a v-mail -- no response. I contacted X-Chair and got the missing parts myself. Will not buy from healthyback.com again."

SCAM, DISHONEST COMPANY

"This company is a scam and they are dishonest people stealing people's money. I have ordered a bottle The 2nd of January, and i never received it, then on the 12th January they took 0,93€, i have sent them dozen of emails about it, asking support, asking for my tracking parcel number or any informations i could have and they NEVER EVER answered to me. The contact support is a fake one. I have asked for refund, they never did + they took -on the top- 47,13€ on my bank account in the 1st of February, without my permission, while i was asking for a refund of the bottle i have never received. This 47,13€ was from a subscription order that i never asked for, and i continued to send email and ask for support and refund. Nobody ever answered. I could see on their tracking product page that the 2nd bottle disappeared like if it never exist end never had been sent while they took this 47€ and never refund me. So they basically stole me 67€ and i never ever got any products from them, neither answers. They seriously should be reported to the police and arrested and refund all the people they steal. I hope in leaving a report here i will be heard. I will continue to leave reports until someone answer from their dishonest company and refund me what i never ordered and either received.

What a shame in this world to have such dishonest people manipulating other who are suffering from physical pain...this should be stopped really.

"Do not purchase anything from this store. They do not honor their warranty policy, take too long to deliver product, do not return phone calls and give you terrible customer service. Not worth your time, go somewhere else"

"One star for a five star product, the other four stars are missing because of horrible service, overcharging, poor manners on the phone, poor slow responses to emails and no tracking number provided.

Ordered the "Healthy Back neck pillow" 5" xl size trying to replace a Tempurpedic XL pillow which size they no longer make. Saw a deal for 2 for 1 so two pillows for $99. First problem was I was charged $199, not 99 and it will take up to three weeks to credit my card.

Second when I called they guy was not at all apologetic and said he would fix the charge. I indeed did get a new receipt showing $99 but I have no idea if they have really credited this, but Discover is pretty good about chargebacks if I have to go there.

Then I sent an email a few days later asking what was the shipping status, as I had not received the pillows or a tracking number. Because of my neighborhood I need to be here if the box is just left outside because the UPS guy says my neighbors will steal anything left out too long :)

In my mail I also complained about the lack of communication and their not honoring the sale price.

I get an email yesterday, again not sympathetic or apologetic, just pathetic. Says the product shipped a couple days ago and will arrive eventually. AGAIN NO TRACKING NUMBER!!!!

And it turns out I just happened to look outisde my apartment door and there was a huge box unexpectedly. One more complaint, the box was a Tempurpedic box so I got excited for a minute thinking their pillow is really a Tempurpedic. It's not, it was just a re-used box.

So apparently they are not shipping these pillows, instead some importer in San Diego is, and it's too much trouble for them to coordinate and get their customers a shipping number.

The actual pillow(s) are actually pretty awesome if you can get em for under 50 bucks, good support, they are softer than Tempurpedics but they also don't soften as much with heat and gave extra good support sleeping on my side. I am not 100 percent sure I like it sleeping on my back, but I think it will work out well.

So this could be such a great company selling great products if they were not so totally clueless about giving decent customer service -- or ANY customer service! Back to Amazon for me, I am not taking my chances on these one-off Internet stores any more.

"The Tush Cush is great. However, 2 weeks after I placed my order, I left a phone message asking why I hadn't received it. A day or two later, I emailed Healthy Back about my order. Neither time did I receive a reply. Finally, I had the opportunity to call during the day, and a very nice woman explained that the manufacturer had been out of the black cushions for awhile but that I could choose a color. I did so, and the next day I received my cushion. A little communication would've made this experience better."

"The cushion didn't help relieve my back pain in the car. I tried it with and without a lumbar roll.
Also, it took 12 days to arrive when they promised it in 2-3 days and I never received an email telling me it was shipped.

"The item I ordered is on back order but I did not get an email notifying me of this delay. It took a phone call from me on 5/10/15 to find out this information. That is not good customer service.

I can't comment on the quality of the product because I haven't gotten it yet and it will be another 2 weeks before I do get it.

"There was such a great time delay in receiving a small item as it was to arrive from Maryland to California? Then, they put the wrong label on the product so I received a huge box and after tracking the reason down from both FedEx and your customer service, found it happened at your shipping department. Now, I wait for a replacement of the original to arrive and get back the item I received incorrectly. This is going on for 3 weeks. Will never order again online and still not have what I paid for and still requiring me to track down what is going on. Very dissatisfied!"
