"I purchased a dog bed base from Healthy Pets because it was sold out everywhere else. I saw the sizes were different from other sites (extra small to large on healthy pets, small to jumbo on furhaven and Amazon). I verified the measurements against what the page said and it indicated that the 37" long bed frame was a medium on Healthy Pets - Large on others. So I purchased medium. I received a 31" long bed frame, the medium size on all the other sites. Luckily, my dog still likes the size and I was able to find a bed for it but I was disappointed that the sizes were incorrect."
"Google search showed product would be a certain price with code. When tried to use code it would not work. Applied for $5 if I signed up for texts. No code ever sent. You can't claim lower price and then not provide it. That's a scam."
"This company was advertising a product that they didn't have in stock. After the initial email acknowledging the order I didnt hear anything from them for a week. I finally called them and they told me it was out of stock for at least 2 weeks more. I cancelled the order. Their customer service was helpful though and the cancellation was very easy. Just wish they had told me it was out of stock and backordered without me having to call to check status."

Then I spent an hour reading reviews and found everything I needed and went to check out as a guest finally because it wouldn’t let me sign in??
