"I have ordered from Healthy Kin many times so I was very surprised to have such a bad experience this time. I ordered 2 enteral feeding formulas, one in bags and one in cartons. One case came right away, the other never arrived. After a week of waiting I checked the website and that item was listed as out of stock. I was never notified that it wasn’t available or any indication when it might be shipped. I contacted Healthy Kin to see if I could change the order to something that was in stock and was told no, you can’t change orders, they would take it off the order. I order 2 at a time to save on shipping, so now to get what is in stock I have to pay shipping again when they could have just let me know it wasn’t available and give me options.

"These glucose tablets are the WORST tasting; first, you have to get over the initial taste of the plastic from the bottle in each tablet. The container is so cheap the flavor of the container "sticks" on the tablets! And the flavor.. the initial flavor is very bad starting with the akward tanginess of the tablet. After you chew on it for a while, then you get used to it. These are NOT any brand name glucose tablets I have ever tried and I have tried Grape glocose tablets from almost all brands. If this an actual real famous name glocose tablet, it must be old, because that is how it tastes. NEVER buy this junk again. I rather pay $7+ a bottle for something that is at least palettable. "
