"Received Neti Pot in good efficient order. Instructions are clear and helpful. Developed allergy recently, after using for two weeks, nasal blockage/running nose is clear. In fact I notice I can breathe more deeply than before. It did take about one week for me to get used to the right angle, water flow and drying the nose etc. I find it is helpful to breathe thru the mouth for at least 5 times before moving the hand to raise the pot.
