"I ordered the Cardani Indelible Brow twice because of hair loss from chemo. First time I ordered in Blondi and second time Natural Taupe. I mix the colors for a more natural look. I like them because they are easy to apply, stay on all day without having the look of fake eyebrows. More than anything I like that the Headcovers site has instructions on how to draw them on the eyebrow line. It goes as far as explaining how to apply with different shaped faces.

"It was easy. My daughter has been wearing the same scarf on her head for what seems like a long time. She had to have something when she went through chemo. Since she has dermatomyositis too and all her skin itches nonstop, she needs a scarf to cover her head due to her loss of hair. She loves your scarves. This one was purchased in black to go with her hospital uniform. She has worked for one of our local hospitals for 37 years and is still going strong. She's even been elected (tops out of their two local hospitals) their "MVP" a few years ago. Everyone loves her and I wanted her to have the best. Your scarves will do that."

"20% restocking fee is bad enough, Plus shipping back, but then they told me they couldn't refund because I neglected to send back the cardboard box. What a crock. They got the hairpiece back, unworn, untried on and the tags still attached, but they're just trying anyway possible to NOT refund your money. Don't bother! I just lost over $200 because I neglected to send back the cardboard box and tissue paper - - how ridiculous. Never will shop there again. "
"Just be aware of the 20% restocking fee it just cost me $25 to expedite a wig and $80 to return it as I was charged the 20% fee. It’s clearly stated I just hadn’t read it - my expensive mistake. "
"I ordered and EasiPart HD XL 12 Inch Topper by Jon Renau Wigs. It arrived quickly, looked good but was too much hair for my face. Looked fake. OK... Will just return it. OK. It cost $165.75 and the return cost was $52.95.... Stocking fee and (2) shipping charges (to and from). You lose the free shipping when you return it. Lesson learned. I will go to a wig store and try on wigs from now on.
Also, you only have 5 days from receipt of the wig to get your return authorization number and then only 3 days to use it. Plus everything has to be returned EXACTLY as received, even with the white tissue paper that the wig came wrapped in. Heaven help you if you threw it out."
