"Headroom is one of the finest companies with which I have ever dealt. With respect to provision of customer service, courtesy, reliability, and professionalism, they rank in my personal top 3, along with USAA and UPS. Their website is beautifully designed and their product reviews are extraordinarily helpful. I have never encountered a company so dedicated to its niche. I always order headhone products from them, and will remain absolutely loyal to them as long as they are in business (may this be for at least the remainder of my life!). I have ordered 4 pair of headphones from them to date and am completely satisfied with the 3 which have been delivered (one has yet to be shipped). "EXCELLENT service!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 returns of earphones and just received my 3rd set from them. never an issues with Sales or Cust Svce, knowledgeable in helping me deciding on what to buy.

Started out Looking to enhance my earphones for my ipod Nano. Looking at ilounge reviewed hundreds of head sets and decided to go to an in ear canal (my gym blasts music I do not like) for the noise isolation. Q-jays were new brand offering comparison to shure 530's at half price so i tried and that is how i found this site (one of a few to buy q-jays from last year). (~170$) gr8 set , Degraded sound quality(IMHO) when adding long cord and do not like having to change little filters constantly every 3 weeks or so from clogging, but otherwise excellent. Problem with the first pass of these sets maybe fixed now??, but 2 x the sets blew up?? meaning sound got way to low so a problem with the wire(s) or ear set -regardless ist time i got new pair Q's than recently said forget this (2 year warranty)and decided to fork out extra $$ (minus credit for q -jays)for the shure 530's. just got them and like sound, fit in ear canal piece and cord length's better.

Cust. Svce was so easy to work with and no problems or hassles returning either set of q-Jays, quick shipping all the time, make me a loyal customer here.

"Great store, highly recommended. Ordered on a weekend and the product arrived in 2 business days - lightning fast for the standard delivery option. From the time I first placed the order to the time it was shipped, emails came regularily updating the status. A tracking number was automatically provided.

The headphones came in their OEM box which was packaged well in another box. And the heaphones themselves? I ordered Beyerdynamic DT231 Galactic and am very pleased with the purchase. For the money, these are the most comfortable, sound isolating and full sounding closed supra-aural headphones I've used for

"Ordered a set of Grado SR60 headphones and were delivered with no issues whatsoever. After receipt, I decided that I wanted to send back for exchange or refund. There was no issue about returning within the 30 day period. They would refund my credit card. I decided to order a different set of headphones with recommendations from their technical personnel. He asked what uses the headphones would be utilized and whether I would be traveling, etc. He made a recommendation (with no pressure to buy) and the headphones are being shipped (Headphone provided tracking number when shipped).

This is a company that I would recommend with no reservations to anyone that needs headphones or any other products they carry.

"It was an amazing experience to deal with Headphone. The price was unbeatable, the service was amazing.
I had to call up customer care to chek on my order, they were very warm and actually sounded as if the genuinely cared about the customer.

"Headroom's website is characterized by a clean layout, and is easy to navigate through.

Their pricing was unbeatable.

Ordering was not extremely prompt, but timely.
The packaging and shipping were handled competently.

I ordered a pair of Grado SR80 cans and extra, replacement Earpads (Soft). The headphones were all that I expected of them.

The extra, replacement earpads, on the other hand, disappointed me. They are described as being "much more comfy" than the original earpads that accompany the SR80s. (SR80s are notorious for causing discomfort to the listener after 90-120 minutes of use.)

Although the extra earpads indeed are fabricated with softer, spongier material, when pulled over the headphone transducers and put into use, they actually create the opposite effect, increasing pressure and discomfort. This happens because the soft earpads completely cover the transducers, leaving no hollow of the "donut" found in the original pads (the latter of which apply pressure only along the outer ring).

The Earpads themselves are manufactured with good quality sponge foam, better than anything you can find at your local drug store. But they fail to live up to their marketed purpose. I intend to keep them, though, precisely as extras or replacements when the need arises. By then, I hope I've worn in the Grados enough to loosen some of that pressure.

The price I paid for the earpads was the exactly the same number of dollars that Headroom discounted from the original price of my headphones, so I'm not complaining.

Prospective Grado buyers should learn to live with the initial discomfort and save some pocket money while doing so.

After four years of daily use, the Grado headphones I got from HeadRoom are still my favorite cans.
