"Ordered pads from them and 2 weeks went by and they finally told me they just shipped them. When my items arrived they only sent me the front and gave me the run around with eta for my rear. If they would have told me that I would have just canceled my order. Been almost a month so I just canceled my order. Worst service as well, they can't reply to any emails and you'd have to continue to call to ge the run around. "
"Ordered brake rotors in may 3 months went by with 3 attempts to contact the company to find out about a tracking number or anything. Finally, on my fourth attempt asking for a full refund. They finally replied to me. Let me know that they would contact the company in China to see if they were shipped yet and if it was shipped they wouldn't refund it. Thanks for finally getting back to me The brake rotor showed up and I had paid for a high heat coating on them. The coating is super soft. I asked about what it would do to the brake pads. They have no reply for that just to keep ignoring the question They were all dinged up and scratched inside on the bearing races was also the coating. When I asked about the coding being on the races they said it's fine. You can clean it off. It's life to spend hours fixing their mistakes in their product lines. I don't think so. contacted this company now for the last 2 months they reply maybe one out of five emails to them and won't do anything to correct the damage even after I've requested multiple times so there's $500 down the drain"
"No support! I bought best pads and rotors they had for my family van. Had them installed by a professional with all new hardware. The brakes make noise and hum, getting worse as time goes on. They blamed the rotors they bought from SP performance and sold to me. The two companies bounced me back and forth for months now blaming each other. $300 down the drain, they refuse to help blaming me for not installed properly (they absolutely are), Hawk pads might be good but stay away from Hawk pads Direct (ad different company then Hawk), and SP performance. They will kick you to the curb."
