"Made a puchase of three items for a computer i was building for a customer. They took a week just to ship out the items. I ordered on March 19 and didn't get the package 'til the 30th I believe. I was missing 1 item (speakers) and another was used (DVD ROM). They do not return emails and do not answer the phone. I haven't heard anything about the items from them. I will have to make a claim with the credit card company to get my money back for the missing and used items. The problem with that is, I have already paid for shipping on the missing item. I can't get that back. There is also a disclaimer on the invoice that says: "all claims Shortage, shipment errors must be made within 3 days of reciept of marchandise". This is an untrustworthy company that should be left alone. They charge low prices for items but high shipping rates so if you have to make a credit card claim they still make a profit off of you. BUYER BEWARE!!! "
"I received no notification after the initial email that my order had been received, and (2 weeks later) when I was finally able to get them on the phone instead of an answering machine, they told me it had not even shipped yet. I cancelled the order and as of today they have not yet refunded my money. I am not impressed at all."

Waited a week or so.. Website says "order processed".. Used website form to send email asking whats going on, email gets bounced back..
Called 800# get a recording.. Email Again to 3 dif. addresses, ALL get sent back :o( Now website say's "Status: Cancelled" ???
Still can't get ahold of anyone..
Steer clear of these guys..."
