"I ordered 3 bottles of fire ant killer from these clowns, 6 weeks ago! I have not received the product (or a tracking number) though I was charged right away. I have called the number on the website and it just rings and rings and rings, not even a voice mail option. I have sent emails with NO REPLY, I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back, unbelievable. "
"Poor customer service. I ordered an item and had to call to see why I hadn't received or heard from them after the order was received by them.
Can't reach anyone by phone and they don't respond to emails. When they did finally answered the phone they told me the item shipped. One week later still no item and they are located only 3 hours from me. Still trying to reach them by phone and email but the phone just rings and no one picks up.

I order from their online site all the time, mainly because they are normally the cheapest. I have ordered at least 20-30 items from them over the last 2 yrs, and have not had one issue. (sorry take that back, one time i wasn't satisfied w the product, so they overnighted me the product that was a little more expensive and i should have ordered in the first place) Literally i have nothing but good things to say about them.
The customer service has been wonderful and helpful, they actually know their products unlike most customer service centers!"
