"I was glad to find the items I needed at Hardware and Tools. They arrived promptly once I completed the order on line, and were in perfect condition. However, something went awry when I first placed my order. It appeared that the order was complete - I had entered my payment and shipping info, but nothing happened for several days. When I went back to the website, I arrived at a page with my "shopping cart" and no payment. I wish I knew what happened... but I'm glad that once I checked it out, I corrected the order and it worked out. I will be on the lookout to make sure we were not charged twice, since I entered the info twice.
