"Horrible horrible company. Paid for expedited shipping. Tried to contact them 9 days after order to check status. Didn't get back to me until 12 days after order apologizing that items were back ordered and sorry they didn't inform me they also asked how I wanted to proceed.. I said cancel the order as it has been to long I needed the items FAST. No response then shipped items following day with a message stating "items have been shipped so no changes are possible" when they could have canceled it prior to shipping. Tried to get shipping costs back as I paid alot for expedited shipping - "no sorry". Also tried to dispute with paypal and they pulled the wool over PayPals eyes. Poor customer service. Will never use this company again. They were not even willing to come up with an agreement to make parties happy. "
"I ordered something and paid expedited shipping in order for it to arrive in time for my garage sale. I received a shipment notice 6 days after I ordered so of course I paid expedited shipping for nothing since my order didn't come in time. I asked for a refund on the shipping due to their extremely slow handling time and they stated that their standard handling time is 4-6 weekdays. Don't use them if you want to receive your order in a reasonable amount of time. "
"I placed an order on a Monday and even though the item was in stock it didn't ship for 8 days! I sent a complaint and asked to cancel the order. Instead of canceling the order the company shipped my order the slowest possible way with 6 days transit time. "You will be okay with your dealings with this company UNLESS you are dissatisfied with the purchase. In that case, you will be charged the FULL SHIPPING PRICE that they gave to you free (and this price will far exceeds the cost you or I could ship the products. You will also have to pay your own shipping back to them. Additionally, if you opened any of the products, even if you put them back into the original packaging, you will not be allowed to return them. Their return policy states that they will dispose of the product and you will receive no credit for it. And finally, they will charge you a restocking fee just for ordering from them. GREAT customer service? NO!!!!! Order from somewhere else! Do not give them your business.
Additionally, be very cautious about the products you are ordering. I ordered four of one product and four of another. The latter was $4 more than the former (each). I received the exact same product for all eight, even though they had different descriptions and different prices.
Order elsewhere if you want to deal with an honest company that cares about its customers."
