"I had trouble at first ordering through the mobile site when it came to payment. It worked when I used a pc. The only other thing was when it came to shipping. It wasn’t the fault of HairBow center dot com. It was entirely UPS. The driver was listing that delivery attempts were made but they weren’t actually attempting delivery. After a couple calls to customer service it got resolved but it delayed my package five days. But the order itself is perfect and the help I got from HairBow center was very helpful."
