"What a scam this place is - a complete disappointment! First, it took about 2 months to get my order. Then when I finally got it, I only received one of the two items. Both items were on the invoice, and I paid for both items, but one was not there. I tried to contact customer support multiple times, and they have completely ignored me. I'm also wondering if the one item I did receive is even the real deal. It is a conditioner I've used for a couple of years, then when I get this, it doesn't work as well on my hair. Not only does this place suck at customer service, completing the correct order, and being prompt, but I believe they are frauds. NEVER order from this horrible company!!!"
