"on 3/22/24 order 2086555 was placed for two bras. $77.68 was charged to my checking account on 3/26/24. Eventually received one black bra. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. Your company was looking for a peach bra. Waited to send the black bra back so I could send both at the same time, since the peach would be the wrong size also. No peach bra was found. Have mailed the black bra back. You have now sent a credit for the peach bra (email says it has been sent, but does not show in account yet), but I have not received a credit for the black one I returned. "

"I couldn’t remember my password. I tried all of the likely options. Nothing worked. Twice I tried to have you send it to my email address and neither time did that work. I had to proceed as a guest.
I also had a minor, yet unnecessary glitch before completing my order. Your website wouldn’t allow me to proceed with the zip code YOU suggested. I had to use the zip code that I initially tried.
