"This is another store that's somewhat off the beaten path compared to the retailers commonly found on ResellerRatings. Their specialty is "Products for Electronic Assembly and Repair" and sure enough, that's what you'll find there. Tools, supplies, and chemicals. Things that you'll have no hope of finding at WallyWorld or RadioShack, but things you need if you have circuitry to build or repair.
I've placed only one order with them, an order that I screwed up and needed their customer service to set straight. These people are fantastic. I ended up sending them *two* order changes in the space of two hours, and they *still* managed to get the order out, correct, before the end of the business day. "
