"Debit card was getting declined, called my bank and found nothing was wrong on my end. Called hk parts to find their pre recorded message explains there credit card feature is down. Get on the phone with a person and I ask them how much longer I won’t be able to use my debit card, to which they answer they are working on a solution..... ok well how long do you think that solution may take? Again they tell me they are working on a solution and won’t answer a time frame. Thinking maybe this is what they have been instructed to do, I ask how long has it been down for, so I can maybe get an idea of how long to wait before I try again, where I am told it doesn’t matter and I don’t need to know how long it’s been down for in a rude tone. "Parts not labeled at all, just in cheap small plastic bags, and they even shipped me the wrong parts. Attempted to rectify it with the Customer Service only to have them call me back over the phone while I'm at work to yell at me and tell me that I still have to pay for priority shipping for a part I ordered that is over 1 week late.

I can't tell if the parts I received are the correct parts since nothing is in the factory packaging and labelled properly. Worst customer service experience ever, and their prices aren't nearly as cheap as Midwest Gun Works. "

"HKparts.net has always been my go to source for accessories that I cannot find anywhere else. The quality of the parts I have ordered over the years has always been above board, 10/10. The red colored magazine extension and tactical threaded barrel were perfect Christmas gifts for my VP9! "

"Shopped at HKParts many times over the last several years. I recently purchased a G93 type receiver flat for 299.99 thinking it was expensive but that it must be supply and demand. I was wrong. The flat does not have the top relief which forms an integral shape allowing for the correct fitment of the attaching parts (stock and cocking tube). I contacted them to resolve this, and they did good in getting back to me. They did however use some weird tacticas like like telling me my expectations are too high and that they have no other complaints of this product. I was told to contact Dakota Tactical (Which I did), who are using this product. In summary if you are willing to spend a substantial amount of time and money you can also make a new tool that will correct the deficiencies of the flat...which reportedly took DT some years to figure out a solution. I would have like to know that before hand.

I posted multiple reviews on their products (they actually ask you too in their emails), both positive and negative and I can't find any. They are one of the few places to get HK parts from. So shop there, but just be aware of the G93 style flat. They used to be my number one "go to" but I really didn't like the whole incident. $299 for an unusable piece of metal. Owch. Their HK93 flat is now selling for only $169.00. There are two reviews to date on that product all before the change of ownership. It is false advertising.

I hate negative reviews because they are usually wrong. So I would like to state that I have at least five orders in the last year, and they were all okay. In fact, I ordered a parts kit which came in from HKParts, with a cocking tube that was bent to hell. A brief inquiry, and I received a new cocking tube. In addition their Point of Contact did reciprocate communication with me and was will to discuss the situation (but they were putting the blame on me...high expectations).

In summary my complaint is HKParts is offering for sale a part in which they are aware doesn't work as advertised and then they get upset when a customer informs them of this. a plausible correction is to list the part as "the closest thing you are gonna get to a HK G93 flat, but know that the top radius, once bent, will have to be worked using special tooling that you have to make."

I also think getting the site reviews working so customers can make sense of things would be beneficial.

"I ordered two extended magazines. Advertised as NEW, but also AS-IS. Both magazines were obviously used and very worn. One of their springs are so worn, it can't even push the ammo up, and always causes my gun to jam. Was the first time my gun has EVER jammed, and it did it over and over.
I'm not even going to contact them about it, as it was sold AS-IS, and I'm sure they will just lie to me and scam me, like they already have.
