Upon receipt I realized I had ordered the wrong product and returned it on Monday 8/13, with guaranteed UPS delivery of Wed. 8/15. My credit had not been posted as of 8/20 and I called Joe to investigate. He assured me it would heppen soon. I began receiving notices via e-mail on 8/24/12 that a credit was issued, but at this time (8/28/12), no credit card credit has been reported by my bank. In the meantime, a replacement product was ordered and received, much to my delight. I have recommended your company to 3 individuals so far and hope my credit is documented by Chase Bank immediately so I can continue to 'spread the word'. My final note: overall rating is excellent, with the exception of your return dept..
