"I called GuruAid about noon on Christmas Eve with a pop up problem on my computer. Also I knew there was probably spyware and other marketing programs installed. The technician went through and corrected the problem while I was waiting. I stayed in contact with him through the chat box and we finished in about forty minutes. I was very happy with the service.
