"Service after the sale is one of the best ways to measure a company's true commitment to it's customers. The only area for improvement I would point out is that because it is in inventory doesn't necessarily mean it will ship the next business day, which is acceptable, but there needs to to be some information regarding the potential delay before purchase. Other than that, the experience was flawless. I give them 9.5 out of ten. They emailed me several times to solve one issue I had, and they were very quick to resolve my issue. "I placed a small order as a first-time test, and did not notice the "check for availability" (out-of-stock) warning. I am used to buying shooting merchandise from websites that ONLY show in-stock items!
What I DID notice was the "discount" if paid by "cash or check." Only after checking out did I learn "cash or check" actually means "no PayPal, and no personal checks." The buyer is expected to go out and purchase a money order or cashier's check! I canceled the order..."

"I recently ordered a Bushmaster 90591 from Gun For All. Before ordering I called their office 4 or 5 times to get prices and clarification on configuration of the rifle. Each time I got a person on the phone who courteously answered my questions. After the rifle was shipped I became aware that I may have ordered a model that was non NY state compliant. Now, many firearms web sites will tell you that it is your responsibility to order the correct fire arm. No returns will be accepted. I emailed Gun For All and told them I may have to send the rifle back. I told them I understood it was my fault and that I would reimburse them the shipping fee. I got an email back that said not to worry about the shipping and if it has to be returned they would find the rifle I need. That was a relief. When my FFL holder called me to tell me the rifle was NY compliant I was very happy.
