"This was my first time working on an enamel pin project with GS-JJ. My sales representative, Adella, was very kind and patient working with me, despite the handful of revisions made on the design. The batch of pins was redone due to a flaw in some of the design elements, but the final pins turned out better than I imagined. The shipping was rushed (due to delay in production) without extra cost. I ordered a small batch of 30. An additional three were included. Out of the 30 pins, only two were "B grade"! Overall, I'm very impressed with the customer service. Excellent manufacturer to work with. I'm currently having another design produced. I hope to continue working with GS-JJ in the future.
