Look, I still would have looked at the product and said 'maybe later', but where Dave got me hooked and made me really concur with him and say 'this man really knows the stuff, and what he is talking about, and understands every entrepreneur's typical fundraising journey and dilemma! Oh my!' was when he cited the aspect of "no venture capital virtually signs a non disclosure agreement (which is true! I have noticed this in my fundraising. They are pretty few who do!), ..and then, he provides a way to ensure your ideas do not get stolen and/or exploited without your consent, and also, with "funding on your (own) terms", ensuring you maintain control of your startup, ideas, and companies, and do not give any sort of controlling power to outsiders! THAT IS AWESOME! INTERESTING STUFF! REALLY GREAT AND REALLY HELPFUL! ABSOLUTELY!
