Never received product!!!!!!!

"Merchant states that my item was delivered on Aug 14. Tracking number through Fed Ex states it was “left in Warrior “. I can’t file a dispute with the post office because it wasn’t insured. I’m through with Groupon. I’ll never use them again!!!!! "

Terrible Company

"Lost a $25 Birthday gift card because the 8 digit pin ripped off. Tried to get it replaced with Ganesh, but he failed. I'm done with groupon and plan to post as many negative comments I can on Facebook and Twitter. It should have been an easy fix."

Issue not resolved.

"I purchased a service. The company does not provide that particular service anymore in Long Beach (Segway). I asked for support from Groupon, they took forever, then came back and said the issue is resolved and the company says I can use my groupon. Yes I can use the groupon on another service (bicycles). Not interested in bicycles, I purchased and it says on my groupon Segway. But the company no longer does Segway in Long Beach. They have moved to San Diego. I just asked again... So no I am not satisfied... I thought groupon was better than that."

False advertising

"I don't yet know if they have 'fixed' my problem. I have reported at least 3 times that a deal featured on their daily email is always 'sold out. I got blah blah blah. And it was still featured today. The deal that the restaurant was still offering is more difficult to use. "

Superb Groupons

"Although I liked the customer support much better when all I had to do was call their number, the current way of e-mailing is sufficient. I find I have to go through several clicks and pages to finally get to a page where I can e-mail Groupon. They gave me a refund when my massage therapist was in a terrible hang-gliding accident and wouldn't return to work for many months at least. I have found out that my daughter never received her present that I ordered. Hopefully, that will be resolved soon. "

"Bought a salon voucher but it’s hard to make an appointment so I decided to exchange it with something else. Customer services responded quickly so I managed to trade 4 good new deals. "

Groupon products & service

"I have purchased many products from Groupon & have had few problems. Those times I have had a problem (such as my last purchase), though navigating the system to find how to find assistance is difficult, the problems have been resolved. The one real complaint is that they use the Postal Service Database for addresses. Where I live, we only receive mail at the Post Office, so our physical addresses are not recognized by the Postal Service Database. They also won't take PO Box #'s. Therefore, we have to use "General Delivery" to receive Groupon products. THAT can be a real pain. Also, I wish certain Groupons did not have expiration dates!!!! Other than that, I have been happy with Groupon"

Great service

"I have used groupon for multiple things here and there over 2 years. I was impressed when I had to cancel a purchase i had made and the customer service was able to resolve it within couple of hours they simply emailing back and forth. It was extremely helpful as I was travelling but still was sure I'd get my refund and it wasn't painful. "

No help after several attempts

"I contacted Groupon several times, received the same email back, and replied each time answering their questions. Each time they said to wait and then try to purchase again. I retried to purchase multiple times waiting their suggested time period. The deal expired and they couldn’t help me but they did make sure to email me to tell me I could no longer purchase the deal. How incredibly unhelpful. "
