"The worst ever. Bought Office 2013 Home & Business. Download install via Internet (so the activation supposedly seamless). When try to run Xcel spreadsheet was asked to activate the software (via Internet or phone) neither worked. Call Microsoft for help, Find out the activation was given already sold last year 2013. This is after 3 hours of trying to install a simple software tool on a brand new labtop. Now have to go thru the de-install and reimbursement process. "

"I was skeptical about this company since 1) I had never heard of them and 2) their prices were better than any other place. I had looked on various websites at customer reviews and found far less on this company than most other online software vendors. I usually stick with the, "If it's too good to be true..." adage. However, this time I'm glad I took a chance. GreenForestSoftware is apparently a fairly new company, but they have something to prove. I ordered a downloadable version of Windows 7 from them on a Friday evening and was able to download it within minutes. I ran into a hiccup with the install (user error) and emailed them expecting to have to wait until Monday to get a response. To my surprise, I had a response waiting for me on Sunday which completely solved my problem. If you're debating about whether or not you should buy products from this company, I'd say from my experience, you'd be missing out if you didn't."
