"I ordered 12 Air Dusters yesterday that were one of the lowest priced on the net, free shipping, applied a $10 off coupon, and they arrived today. I have to say that was incredible service. I know that shipping times may vary based on where it's originating from, (in this case NH) and where you are having it shipped to (in my case MA), but at the very least their order processing was very fast and efficient.
The only issue I had was gmail flagged my registration and order confirmation emails from greenlightoffice.com as spam.

Not only that, but you have to email them to even get an RA number for a return. They don't let you set one up through their website. "
"I recently placed two orders with Greenlightoffice.com on their website. Both came fast (1 business day), were in good physical shape and were correct. The only thing that took a few days was billing. They took a while to bill my credit card but I'm not complaining as that is their loss, not mine."
