Very expensive shipping, product not close to what was described on their website, you must pay for your return shipping + 15% restocking fe

"I dont know why anyone would ever buy from this company, there is much better and easier ways of doing business. They keep you in the dark about when you order will actually show up (after paying an exorbitant shipping cost)

The product received wasn't close to what was described online...who wants pink lights? You must pay return shipping and then pay a 15% restocking fee.

Take your business elsewhere, you will be happy you did!

What's happen guys? We pay to you, not your shipper-intermediary.

"Our company bought a little, on average ~20 LED lights, but by regularly. I've emailed about first bad situation with Order#143428 in November 2019 in request field on website of Green Electrical Supply, but nobody answered me, unfortunately: we've purchased 17pcs of 4 3/4" LED lights: 4" Super Thin LED RND BN 3000K LY4RCS/30K/BN , but we've received another size 17pcs. 5 1/4" they have wrong mount size too, -pictured left below. We've used them in our projects, because we had no time to wait of change.

Just now, my collegues're calling them , because we've problem again and we know that request field doesn't work:

We waited our current Order #145972 Jan.17 , but we've received 7pcs. of white LED lights of another customer instead of ordered 17pcs. of Brushed Nickel lights we've purchased: LED RND BN 3000K LY4RCS/30K/BN
Their shipper was mistaken again.

We've requested return sticker label to change, but they've told to wait 2-3 days for the shipper to respond to the new situation...

What's happen guys? We pay to you, not your shipper-intermediary.

And the second attempt to deliver our order was not much better than the first : we've just received only 7 lights from ordered 17...

today is February 11th, we've placed our order more 3 weeks ago... We are tired of emailing and calling, so we just stock up on popcorn and waiting for the next episode from Green Electrical Supply...

"I ordered some strands of light and one went out within 40 days or so. I contacted the company and they sent me a new replacement out free of charge. They got back to me on the same day via email.
No need for me to send the old one in or anything. I was quite impressed with both speed of reply and handling the situation and wanted to write a positive review for them.

"I was looking for a direct wire led bar light no greater than 6" that did NOT need a transformer for wiring under my kitchen cabinets per electrician's specs and despite being VERY SPECIFIC I was given incorrect information by sales reps. First I called to verify specifications and the rep told me yes yes yes and told me to buy a specific cord which turned out to be a wrong & duplicate cord that already came with the item. When I received the box I called back and the next rep told me that since I had ordered online (no one ever gave me another option) it was my problem and I would have to pay a 20-25% restocking fee to return the cords. He said I could still maybe use them and splice them so I then set up an appt for my electrician to come and had to pay him for a wasted call because he was not able to install them as they were NOT direct wire and needed a transformer box that was noted in the directions in the box but NOT online, NOT by the sales reps, and NOT by the manufacturer anywhere and DENIED when I SPECIFICALLY asked this. I cannot have a box installed in my cabinets because they are ONLY 7" wide and this would take up all the space!!!! I could not have been more clear about this. Now I have dickered with these idiots for at least a month and not only do they not know the products they sell, now they will give me a hard time or refuse to accept a return. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. To add insult to injury they told me they would charge a 20-25% restocking fee on returns if they even allow them!
8/13/14 - I updated my review to 2 stars because I did get a much nicer and more helpful rep the last time I called when I was on a war rampage and expecting a greater battle based on my prior call. I received a refund of all minus shipping which I can live with. I'm not certain I would have received this refund, however, had the actual designer/manufacturer of the lights not vouched for me while the company still insisted the lights could be installed directly. I do believe that after this mess this will hopefully be corrected in the future now that they know directly from the company that these are not direct wire in the way they described. It must be made very clear to the customer via the specs sheet on their website (and all sites) that an electrical box or junction box needs to be installed as this is a more complex and space-intensive installation and in cases like mine this was a deal-breaker. This was only mentioned inside the box in the bottom of the instructions after I had already called my electrician in.

"DON'T DO IT!! We ordered nearly $400 in LED bulbs that were far too dim (the description did not really indicate the incandescent equivalent. We would have happily exchanged them but they wanted to CHARGE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE!!! We didn't make any "mistakes" ordering. What century are they working in?!?!?!?!"

"I needed a ballast for a cfl light fixture that Lowes sold, which bit the dust after 3 years. After sending the ballast manufacturer an email, they directed me to Green Electrical. Green's website was very complete, but did not list this particular part number. An email to Green was answered very promptly - less than one day - with a link to the part and an offer of telephone support if needed. I used the link and ordered the part which was delivered within three days of my order. I was able to choose between UPS and USPS Priority Mail, also."
