"I am upgrading this review from 1 star to 4 stars because I was very hasty in giving a bad review for one employees erroneous comments to me. The website had not been updated correctly but mistakes happen. I received my order from Greatmats yesterday as promised by David after he discovered I was told incorrect information and found that I didn't have a shipment issue at all. My shipment out as planned and I am happy with this purchase and this transaction that I had with Greatmats. David was courteous and prompt in taking care of my issues. The 4ft by 10ft mat is perfect! It came undamaged and works exactly as I thought it would. I would reccomend Greatmats to anyone with a need for their type of flooring products.

VERY DISAPOINTED!!
Placed order 1/2/14, today is 1/10/14 and no product or shipping info on order page of website. No one from Greatmats has contacted me with any updates at all! After I initiated a call and talked with Tina, I was told that UPS had damaged my product and that a new ship date was scheduled for 1/14/14. It would have been nice to have been contacted by Greatmats before I had to call and asked what happened?! Tina told me she thought that myself and 3 others in CA had been contacted. NOT! Makes me think that customer satisfaction is not that big an issue after money is collected. It's not important that the product ordered might be needed on sight before additional equipment could be installed. Now I know stuff happens. My gripe is that I had to call and ask what happened before they contacted me to let me know of a problem. Thats not very good customer service as far I'm concerned.

"For the most part I love them and they are a great addition to my daughters play room. The items were in stock and shipped immediately. I ordered on 12/30 and received them on 1/4!

I ordered blue, purple and pink foam tiles. They were harder then I expected, but still not disappointed. The tiles were also, sort of fuzzy, or matte finished, so they seemed prone to trap dirt, but again, really not a problem, just wasn't expecting it and they seem to sweep off really easy.

They also seem pretty durable, I was pretty rough with putting them in and the tabs on the edge held up well, no rips.

The only problem I have is that the pink tiles must have been a bad batch or something because there are little pot marks or holes in most of them. I have not contacted them yet, I plan to do so after the room is finished. I need a lot of tiles for cuts around the edges so the problem may not affect me.

All in all I am pretty satisfied so far."
