"So this so called "great" furniture delivered a damaged sofa after 5 months. Ordered on 21st April-2017 (Order No:100019080). Delivered damaged in August-2017. Delivery company took pic and we filed claim, sent pics 3 times. Promised to redeliver in JANUARY-2018. January passed...February gone...no communication from their side. Now when I am calling every time - guess what - they there telling me they will give me updates tomorrow. Today before writing here - I called 4 times - that was my 11th call from 1st of March. Today claim rep lady name Katy hang up the call after getting order number. Then I call sales - she transferred to Claim Manager (I guess her name Shandel - went on voice mail. It looks like - no intention to fulfill their commitment and showing utmost UNPROFESSIONAL-ISM by not responding to calls/fwding to mail box/hanging up."
"I can't believe how inexpensive this sofa was. The quality is fantastic. I love the material. It's a velvety microfiber. I have purchased three of them for my office. It is small enough to fit anywhere yet large enough to be comfortable for my clients to spread out. We recently moved to a new office and my large sofa did not fit through the office doorway since it was all in one piece. This sofa can be assembled and unassembled fairly easily to move. You never have to worry about getting it through the door. Once assembled, it is impossible to tell. It is very sturdy. The style is contemporary yet fits nicely with my oriental rugs and other traditional furniture. Great buy."
"This lamp is awesome. It's very sleek and stylish table lamp for any room really. I love the idea of it in a bedroom however I opted for using it my kids playroom on their table for more light in the evenings and it has worked out wonderfully. They can easily turn on and off with switch on cord and the light is very soft with the lamp shade cover. Set up was a cinch too. The colors are natural and classic. I can't say enough good things about its really a nice lamp for the price and construction. Definitely am considering purchasing a couple more for my bedroom nightstands."
"This isn't misleading at all. It can fit two people as a couch. For sleeping it can comfortably fit one. I am 5'9" so this is good for me. If you are considered quite tall you're legs might hang off of this a bit. I live alone & I use this for gaming in my room. It sits a bit low. The arm rests are Velcro on so you can pull them off & use them however you want. The middle compartment is cool. Can hold your drinks or your plate if you choose to sit it there. One of the cup holders for me sometimes comes out but I just pop it back in there. It's decent. If you are looking for a REAL & BIG futon for a bedroom, this isn't what you want."
"I looked for chairs for months. This one didn’t have a lot of reviews but I decided to give it a try anyway. I’m glad I did! It’s very good looking and the darker grey will cover any stains. Baby will be here soon and I can’t wait to rock him in it. I’m also looking forward to using it in another part of the house when we don’t need it anymore for the nursery. I love the recline and it’s easy to open and close. I’m 5”3 and my husband is 5’11. We both fit comfortably."

"I just received these chairs today and am so pleased with my purchase. I wanted two inexpensive side chairs for my apartment living room, and I decided to buy these because they looked cute and have solid wood legs whereas all the other upholstered dining room/side chairs I was finding in my price range did not have that feature. These seem to be really well made, they're comfortable, and in my opinion pretty versatile. They also assembled quickly and easily after I figured out that you have to partially screw all the screws in before you tighten any one of them so as to align all the holes properly. So: Great value, cute, and well-made--I highly recommend them."
"Much higher quality table than I anticipated. It's solid wood, except for the drawer. Which is the only aspect I can nitpick, but for the price this is a great deal. It's being used as a computer table. We have a Mac Mini desktop and it's footprint is small enough that we can mount it underneath the table to hide it and reclaim as much tabletop space as possible. We're very happy with the table and overall surprised at the cherry finish. It looks great.

"These pendants are gorgeous! My husband is no electrician or handyman, but was able to easily install 3 of them above our kitchen island. They do not come with light bulbs, but I recommend getting the Hudson Vintage Antique looking light bulbs. It gives a warm feeling to the room and they pair perfectly together. I'm going to check what other light fixtures Eco power Lighting offers to match other rooms around my house, because it really made a huge difference in our kitchen. My house feels more luxurious."
"I am revising my previous review of this item because of the awesome over the top customer service I received for a minor issue that I was able to resolve myself. This sofa literally feels like your sitting on crushed velvet! Very soft. The product does come in a few pieces but is very easy to put together. You just have to put the back rests on which slide into place as well as the left and right back rest supports. Important note on the rest supports , they are shipped under the sofa so don't think you didn't get them. Other than that...my sofa arrived a day early with courteous professional delivery and the delivery guys helped with taking the sofa off the truck even though they didn't have to. The delivery men also stuck around to ensure there were no visible damages on the sofa . So all around good service from this seller and I would encourage everyone to purchase from them."
"Product came as advertised. The shelves are unique as and provides space to display your things. I bought two and place it on both sides of my TV. Looks pretty good and it brightens up the room very well. Use an LED style light bulb. I'm using the 75watts and its plenty of light. These cose a little at home depot. "Please read the many HORRIBLE reviews for GreatFurnitureDeal (GFD) before you purchase. Why the positive reviews? Well, I just made note of SEVEN (7) 5-star reviews, ALL from Riverton, UT, 26 miles down the road from the GFD warehouse in Orem, UT. Draw your own conclusions. The 5-star review dates are: 9/28, 10/4, 10/9, 10/23, 11/6, 11/9, 11/14, in case you think I'm making this up. I will make a hard copy of these reviews for my file in case GFD comes after me. That is how little I trust them at this point. MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: Ordered two recliners 9/11/17; Cancelled order and disputed ($2K+) transaction on my credit card 3+ months later on 12/19/17. Fortunately, I kept an email chain of GFD commitments; suggest you do the same if you are foolish enough to order from them. ORDERING: The farce begins with GFD saying the confirmation of my order is a number on my PAYPAL charge record. No separate GFD invoice received via email. RED FLAG!!! PRODUCTION: When you ask for status, Customer Service rep "Katy” tells you anything to get you off GFD’s back, and, in my case, conflicting status, i.e., furniture is ready to ship ... followed by furniture is finishing production. Which is it? Complete and ready to ship -or- still in production?? RED FLAG! DELIVERY is more insidious. I FINALLY get a call to schedule delivery, BUT with a little "mistake" in terms: a $350 delivery fee. Website says delivery is free. When I protest this additional charge, “Katy” apologizes (again) and the responsibility for furniture delivery goes from "residential" to "commercial." Black hole. They FINALLY email a delivery date, but never call to establish a delivery "window.” They DEFINITELY did not show up on the date promised. (I was at home all day.) RED FLAG! I even volunteered to go pick up the furniture from any warehouse or depot within my city – Denver. No response to that offer. RETURNS: Now that I am more closely reading other reviewer experiences, I cancelled and lodged a dispute with my credit card company BEFORE ALLOWING DELIVERY. Many others received poor quality or damaged furniture and had to continue their abysmal experience with GFD in the RETURN phase. I have had enough grief for one year. PLEASE do yourself a favor and read the plentiful negative reviews. If something appears to be too good to be true, it IS."
"The lamp is exactly as it appears in the picture. If you need it to illuminate a small or medium living room, it does the job. The switch might be a little hectic but that's what you should expect with most of the switches of that type. The shade might surprise you a bit since when you take it out it seems like a cheap shade. It's plastic but it works and it almost looks like a glass shade from afar. If you're looking for an inexpensive lamp for your living room with a modern design this one might be it."

"Installed these in a media room and in a living room, with Edison bulbs - they look amazing. We direct wired them in, but they have a plug in case you'd rather go that route. I like that they turn up as well if you needed to lift them for moving large furniture around or something like that. They look super cool in our modern farmhouse.
