"I placed my order on January 18th, it didn't say my item was on backorder, it said in stock. When I get my confirmation email, THEN, it notifies me my item is on backorder, expected in stock date February 10th, so I wait til the 13th and hadn't gotten a shipment confirmation. Mind you, they have already taken money out of my account for my purchase so I've already paid for my item. And on the 13th I email them and ask them what the status of my order is, after they took forever to get back to me saying it had a new in stock date, I then got an email AFTER that, saying that the new in stock date is on backorder now until February 17th. So they've charged me, I still haven't received my item, and still haven't gotten another "new in stock date", and it is now the 17th. I think this company is bogus! Horrible to deal with. I'm gonna try and get my money back, don't waste your time."
