Forester Wilderness Edition

"I got a Forester Wilderness Edition. After 2 months the engine threw a rod & needed to be replaced. The dealer gave me a loner for a month while they replaced the engine. NOT a very good experience. The car I got had 4000 miles on it. Did NOTN expect to replace an engine after 4000 miles. Next time I will order 1 from factory. Do not trust a car that had dealer miles on it.

Company would not accept a return.

"I ordered a door handle for a 2015 Subaru Legacy from Grand Subaru. The Company listed the item as Crystal White Pearl. When it arrived, it had a chrome strip down the center of it. The wrong part. Not what was described. I tried emailing Grand Subaru about it with no reply. I then called them only to be told that since I did not provide the VIN number of the car, that the order was not returnable. Yes, the order page had a place for the VIN number, but it said that it was NOT required. The parts manager also told me that they tried to call me to tell me they thought maybe it was the wrong part, but they never left a message (so how was I to know?) none the less they sent what they suspected was the wrong part anyway...I'm very disappointed. Don't buy from Grand Subaru unless you want to waste your money."

Not Really Grand Subaru?

"I called the number on the webpage, it went to the dealership operator. I asked for parts and spoke with the guy who answered. He said the prices are lower online, but he couldn't honor that price and you can't order online for pickup. He said the online business was different that the dealership parts business. Not sure what that means. Hopefully everything arrives on time. "
