"Horrible customer service. They sent me the incorrect item and it has been almost a month and I am still waiting for a return shipping label. Do not buy from Grady's unless you want a headache."

"Customer service is rude, angry and downright
nasty.

They refused to ship Fed Ex when I told them we
were in a rural area that does not have USPS
service. Only UPS and FedEx..they were told over
and over in the order...and duhhhh...they ship US
Post office.

I will never purchase from them again and highly recommend you do not as well...

"Had the best price on some Schlage double cylinder deadbolts I needed. Ordered online and got my stuff on time and it arrived in good shape. No complaints here, will be back to buy interior doorknobs when I do my interior remodel in 2010."
