"Absolutely unacceptable service from China! Paid extra for 10 day delivery and received the items a month later, one week after my graduation. Demanded a refund a week before graduation and having purchased the item from another source. Although I'm in contact with the person VIA e-mail in China, my request fell, and continues to fall on deaf ears. I've filed a formal complaint through Paypal. Don't use these people. All they want is your money! Oh, and the Tam was a Chinese made piece of junk when it did show up. "
