"Ordered from them 1/7/17 (Ph.D regalia) and according to their website, orders take 6-8 weeks. Called 2/22 and was told it was to be sent out 2/24 & would take 5-7 business days. As of today 3/10, no order received. So again I call the company and was hung up on by a man because I suggested my attorney apparently is the only one who might be able to get a straight answer from this company as he was now telling me it could take 12 weeks. After being hung up on, I decided to attempt a live chat, but with no response. I also decided to send another email, my 3rd, but not very hopeful as no one responded to the first 2. It only took a day for them to collect my $644, but I am now wondering if I will ever receive what I ordered or if I have been had by this China based & owned company???"
