Excellent customer service!

"I was having a difficult time finding the exact Beretta 92x performance that I wanted. I finally found it on GrabAGun.com. The FFL I usually utilize was not in their system. However, by the next day, after they received the information from the FFL, I was able to select my FFL to start the transfer process. Everything went quickly and smoothly after that and my FFL received the firearm without issue. Excellent customer service and quick shipping! Thank you!"

Impressive Service!!!

"Ordered a very hard to acquire item due to high demand. Price was very reasonable and actually better than most. Ordered the product while they were closed on the weekend and they shipped the item immediately first thing Monday morning during business hours. Very smooth transaction, item arrived in great condition (new) and arrived Wednesday well under 72hrs later. Highly recommend this sell. M.U."

PURE CRAP!

"WHAT IT’S LIKE buying product from Grab-A-Gun. “DON’T” Save your money. I purchased a Taurus GX4 a couple months back. They sold me a used gun that had to be sent to Taurus for repair. I had to make two or three payments before I got it back. There was a $50.00 rebate on the purchase. For the mishap Grab-A-Gun gave me a $20.00 credit. Not much but better than nothing. Since the gun was used, I got no rebate From Taurus since I was not the first purchaser! I left feedback that told the truth and Grab-A-Gun didn’t like it. When I tried to use my $20.00, I was treated very rudely, and they hung up on me and BLOCKED me from ever calling again. All while laughing in the background. So long story short. They took $70.00 from me and sent me solicitations via email 4 or 5 times a day and won’t talk with me. RIP-OFF! Save your money! Am now turning them over to the ATF and others for misrepresentation and stealing my money!"

Poor customer treatment

"I was a very good customer who made many purchases from this store. However they recently did something that totally betrayed my trust as a good customer. Following an order I placed for a very expensive firearm they told me that they would have to pull the magazines. I told them over and over that my FFL is legally required to pin the mags to 10 round capacity and begged them to send the mags. I also have a residence in another state. They refused without any empathy and cost me over$120. They also threatened to charge a restocking fee. So they took advantage of me as a customer. I asked to speak to an owner and my request was totally ignored. Not a trustworthy company snd they do not care about their good customers. . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SHOP HERE.

“Sorry to hear you weren't happy with our policy. Unfortunately we follow state laws when shipping firearms. If a state does not allow hi capacity magazines, we will not send them to the state - even if the FFL can modify them. It's a lot of liability for us to assume, which is why most online firearm retailers operate under this same policy. It's not fair and we don't like doing it, but it is what it is. Regarding the restocking fee for cancelling an order such as this, the email you received automatically should have stated that it would only be charged if we did not receive a response from you within 7 days. We will modify the email so that the word "restocking fee" is no longer mentioned. Sorry again, for the issue. ”

"I have purchased several guns. I am local to GAB so I can pick up and incur no FFL transfer fees. Every purchase I have made has been fulfilled within a few days. Online purchase disappointment

"I was told by my FFL that if I wanted a gun that he could no longer get that I could try this website he suggested, and I found two Glock X 19‘s. I thought with a great deal was pretty easy to find and the price was pretty good For a gun that I understand to be on a limited quantity after a couple of days I got an email about not being able to ship my guns to me with magazines because my state has a restriction. I understand that I am happy to comply with the law , as any gun owner should be whether we like the law or not. However, my FFL, and another one that I have used at my gun club. Both told me not to worry about it that they would ship them receive them and my FFL‘s responsibility would be to , have the magazines pinned to make them compliant that they do it all the time. I was told that they needed to pull the magazines or they could not ship them from Grabagun, which is kind of not quite right. I asked if they could send me the 10 round magazines, I don’t think they have such thing as a 15 for it which is my state law , they said they could not that I could change my order for store credit which I did not want to do. So they convinced me that that was the only way that you could do it which is not quite true. My other problem with this is that you get no discount or credit when they take the magazines out in order to get magazines now I have to come up with additional money which does not make it actually the same price or cheaper from what I understand when when I fill out my paperwork next week it’s going to cost me almost 200 bucks additional besides the FFL to purchase magazines. Otherwise the gun is basically useless. When my FFL got the guns the other day, they checked him in and called me to tell me that the magazines were not in them, even though my receipt said that I purchased two of them with magazines I just don’t like the way of doing business where they make no exceptions not even to give you the option to have them pin the magazines so that they would be compliant to send out. Good customer service would be to have at least offered an additional charge for me to have him or them pin them , they would no longer have been illegal as my understanding and they would have been dealing with a happier customer.
I think the right thing to do would be for them to contact me and make arrangements to get my magazines back or give me another option

Advance Payment Refusal

"After picking up an order, I was placing another order. Putting down $500.00 cash I needed to make up a roughly $125.00 difference by check. Noted I would have to come back the next week to pick up the order. Well after the time it takes a check to clear. I have been a loyal Grab A Gun customer from seven to ten years. Grab A Gun refused my check for the difference. Keep in mind they did have over $500.00 in cash and was only using a check for roughly $125.00. My check was refused. I went to another local dealer and used the check for full payment of my order that would not be in for one to two weeks. Checks are electronically transferred just like plastic. You deposit a check and the transaction is completed electronically nowadays. Not like in the 50s by mule."

Slooow order processing!

"Had trouble placing an online order. Contacted customer service several times to no avail. Figured out problem myself.
Placed & paid for gun on Jan 27th. Seller created a shipping label but didn't give the gun to FedX until Feb 6th, 10 days later!
It's now Feb13th & I still haven't received my gun.
Poor customer service & shipping time.
