"I work for an ECIG company and Got Vape has a horrible customer service policy. Bought a device that did not work(In new condition no product used to make the item not new). In order for them to service or exchange you have to pay to ship it back to their warehouse and then pay 9.99 for them to ship it back to you. When I told them how terrible that is in the world of customer service they seemed to not care. I told them i want a refund instead of paying to ship back and forth and they refused to refund my purchase."

"My original order was a sutra vape with a few accessories. I received my order very quickly with a ton of sticker swag. One of the atomizers was on back order but it arrived a day later than the vape also with a ton of stickers. Unfortunately after about a month of use the battery went out and thinking there was going to be an issue I called to see if i could get a replacement. I was surprised how easy it was to get a replacement. The total time frame to get a new battery was only a little over a week. Again I got lots of stickers. I also just purchased the Halo dome which works great and also came with lots and lots of stickers. I think my got vape sticker game is pretty strong right now which ive already planted many of them in various locations to help spread the word! "
