"I got lured to this site while searching for Corning Gorilla Glass products, and thought I was buying the genuine article. What I got was a cheap knock off, that wouldn't adhere properly, and was of obvious poor quality even if it had. They would not accept a return. They sell crap, and have no concern as to whether you are happy. A 'real' store would make sure you are not completely disappointed.

"The worst customer service in the business. I bought a 5400mah battery and back for my Samsung Galaxy S4. They sent the wrong color back. When I called they said I ordered the wrong color. OK. I asked what I need to do to get the correct color. The surly customer service woman told me that I would have to send the wrong back to them before they would send me the right one. To her credit, she was totally unconcerned when I pointed out that I would be unable to use my phone with no back. They have my billing information, or I would have been glad to give it to them so they could charge me if I didn't send them the wrong back. This was not offered as an option. Very rigid, unconcerned customer service that treats their customers as the enemy. Good luck surviving as a company with your poor customer relations"

"They had a good deal on a rechargeable flashlight that had an output of about 220 lums. I order the light and figure i would give the site a shot. Being skeptical since I have never heard of them. The light came a few days later, Only problem, There was no rechargeable battery or charger. After I emailed the cusotmer support. A man named Tyler apologized and said i was right that there should be a charger and a rechargeable battery. He said he would send me out two batteries for my issue. I thought great, What a great company. I get the battery and charger and they are for the wrong flashlight, They are not the C123A battery i needed. After i emailed Tyler back, He said sorry my fault, I did not check the kind of flashlight you ordered. He told me he would be sending it back out. Three weeks later and we I still do not have what I paid for, nor will they even return my emails. At this point i just want my money back. Thats not going to happen, Just stay clear from these guys. Not very good customer service on something they screwed up!"
