"This was the first time I had ever been in Gordmans, but it won't be the last time. I do not live in Wichita, so it is a, for me, big deal to go into Wichita for anything. Today I had to go in tocelebrate a birthday supper, I drove in early because I wanted to be there on time and didn't care to wait. While I was parked at the restaurant, I noticed the store and decided to go see if I could buy he one item, I was looking for. I am so glad I did! No, you didn't have the one item I was looking for, but the clerk Jessica, helped me look, then she made a suggestion of something else I could purchase to fulfill the need. Then she asked if I had a reward card, when I told her this was the first time I had ever been in the store, she explained how the rewards program worked, then helped me sign up. Suggestive marketing need to be rewarded, and Jessica very kindly did this and I made the purchase. I think without her interrogation, I would have just walked out and never return! !"
