"My organization was in a pinch for a networking part. Techs were coming on site, but hadn't responded to us. We got the information for equipment that we needed to order on the Friday of a holiday weekend. We placed our order online and received a call within 15 minutes about shipping as Monday was the holiday. "Repairing my LCD TV has been an emotional rollercoaster...well, maybe that's over-exaggerating. I replaced my defective TV when Visio told me it wasn't worth repairing it. Then, after watching a bit of youtube repair videos, I decided to have a go at repairing it myself. I thought I had the issue identified and ordered the part. Unfortunately, the new part wasn't the solution. It turned out that the part I had ordered was defective. This happens and I certainly don't expect GoPartServ.com to be functionally testing every part they source. What I also didn't expect was the superb service. It wasn't until after I sent an e-mail that I realized they had a formal returns process, which I hadn't followed. When I went to do it "the right way" a few days after the initial e-mail, I found an e-mail to me that stated all had been resolved. No concerns on their part. The refund had been made. What had been merely an internet purchase for one part will now be a recommended parts source to anyone who asks. Well done!"
