"I shop just a few times a year but often spend quite a bit to buy several things. Holiday shopping I tend to spend more but often as Seasons change I splurge on some things for myself. I have not ever been dissatisfied with the quality or price of the items and usually only had to return items that didn't fit....shopping for kids is a guessing game. I appreciate the personal attention of the staff being available but not hovering over me. I like the atmosphere in the store...it is pleasant...no blaring music or staff taking about personal matters or spatting of problems. That is a huge relief because it is more prevalent these days. The staff is mature and helpful not inexperienced. The products are high quality and even the door busters are better quality than most. I am a little concerned at the SRP on some of the new items in the womens lines...they are creeping up there but with the sales and discounts I still always find things I love. I appreciate on line avail....but there is nothing like the personal in store experience for me."
