Sheila Brunson offered to help us
You had a floor model of the exact chair we were looking for. Sheila was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all of our questions. Because we were so anxious to get the chairs as soon as possible she was able to find exactly what we wanted in your warehouse in New Jersey. Since then she has kept in touch with us about the status of our order
We were and continue to be very impressed with her attention to us. I am in sales as well and hope you know what a valuable employee you have and Sheila Brunson. Hidden costs you find out about at delivery time

"I purchased a bedroom set from Good's (not a cheap one, either) and, being told delivery was "included," paid the amount on the invoice. Days before it was to be delivered, the delivery company notified me that Good's had only paid a portion of the shipping costs, and I would be expected to pay the balance, at the curb, in cash, or be denied delivery.

When I protested to Good's, they pointed me to a tiny-print portion of the contract that mentioned partial-shipping reimbursement with the delivery company. I should have been suspicious of a company that made me sign a lengthy electronic contract before letting me by, but even a lawyer might have missed this detail. The salesperson and manager gave a nonsense story about minimum advertised costs and how they couldn't pay for more shipping if they wanted to. The Internet says they lie. In the end, I was forced to take delivery, and consider myself having been scammed by Good's. Beward!
