"Horrible!

I ordered two 18 count packages of Green Mountain Hot Cocoa for my Keurig brewer.

What I received in the mail were two 18 count packages of "Green Mountain Sumatran Reserve Organic Coffee."

So, I call customer service and the representative told me they would send me my hot cocoa and I could just keep the coffee.

So, at this point I'm feeling okay with everything.

Today my new order arrives ... and guess what was in it? That's right ... more "Green Mountain Sumatran Reserve Organic Coffee!"

Ironically, both orders were marked "Packed by: M.G."

For a cryin' out loud! I'm up to my @ss in "Sumatran Reserve Organic Coffee!"

Un-friggin' believable! I'll be on the phone with them again tomorrow. At this point, I am determined to get that damned hot cocoa. But I will never do business with Goodman's again.

"Excellent experience! I ordered two sets of WaterPik tips. Goodman's prices are good,y and the offer the largest range of shipping options that I've ever seen. I chose the cheapest: US Mail at $2.75. I received the shipping notification Feb 4 and the tips arrived Feb 6."

"Very poor customer service. Bought item that is OUT OF STOCK...fully aware of that status. Purchased using Paypal. Have sent 4 emails requesting a projected availability date, and no replies to any of them. Spoke w.customer service today, they could not answer question. Needed to speak w/Mgr who was out. Said they would email me today with information....no email. They have money from Paypal and I have no answers. Very poor way to run a business. If I have no answers on Monday, I will file Paypal resolution....maybe that willget their attention!"

"Ordered some additional trays for my food dehydrator. Found this company by accident on the web. They had the cheapest price even after shipping charges were added. The product arrived faster than I expected and was exactly what I ordered. I had no issues at all with them. Can't say anything about customer service since I never had a reason to contact them. "I was very satisfied with their price and service. Ordered a Kitchen-aid bowl and beater from Goodman's during the weekend and they shipped the products out on Monday evening. Items delivered in a few days. I wish they could improve their order status tracking system on their website though. It is not very informative."

"Goodman's website showed item in stock although the mfg was out of stock (as was every other website I could find). Skeptically, I called Goodman's to ensure the specific item was in stock, they said yes, but then shipped me a lesser item. Called them and they were supposed to email an RMA form. Nothing happened for over a week, called them again, same story, wait several days, nothing. Called again, they claimed they didn't have my email address. This is funny as they emailed me an order confirmation upon my initial order. Well finally I received the email with the RMA, sent the item back and got my refund. I suggest you buy elsewhere from an honest, reputable dealer. "

"I tried to purchase a birthday gift from this store. It showed up as in stock but when I bought it, it then showed out of stock. In Goodman's defense, the in-stock showing was from a web page Goodman's is linked to. It continued to remain back ordered with no idea of when it might be in stock. I finally decided I had to cancel and buy else where. According to their web page, it was best to call first. Both times I tried, I was on hold and then disconnected. Crappy, crappy service for a company trying to compete in a business where there are so many competitors. I will NOT try to purchase from here again and will advise others not to. Discounted rates or free shipping are NOT worth this kind of service."

"Ordered Oster turbo two speed clippers on 2/22. I immediately received an order confirmation. The item shipped the next day and I received a tracking #. The package arrived on 2/27 at my back door. The item was packed in styrofoam peanuts for extra protection. Would definately buy from this seller again."
