Was told that the warehouse was closed but he would get back to me the next morning. Never did! The least this outfit could do is to notify it's customers via e-mail on the order status. My next call will be to the Consumer Advocate, the BBB and the State Attorney Generals Office. This place sucks. Don't do business with them!"

"I ordered dimmers and occupancy sensors for my kitchen. Very quick delivery, and great products. The Lutron Vierti dimmers are super high tech. All my guests say they want them. Ditto with the Sensor Switch occupancy sensors. They really work; I've noticed a difference in my electricity bills."

I placed two orders for light bulbs in last month and both shippment did not arive without calling them, which is a big hussle, since they will put you on hold as long as 20 minutes. In one instace I had to call 3 time to get an answer. Very unhappy and dissapointed. I gave them another chance and they failed. Will not place another order with them. I have to look someone else with beter customer service."
