"I recently purchased a 600 watt motorcycle stereo for my Harley. Husband installed. The remote did not work first of all. Well, you can get by without a remote, but we could not adjust the bass, treble, volume. It was really bad. I contacted gooddeals and asked for a return shipping label, since the unit was defective. Well, I did not get it and it cost me 18.57 to send it back. I asked them about swapping it for a 250 watt stereo. My reply was, sure, we are here to please. I received a 100 watt,$69.00 radio, to replace the one that I paid $129.68 for. I typed the model number in on the box and that is what came up. I paid for this with paypal and I am hoping they are going help me get this resolved. Will not shop with gooddeals again! PayPal agreed with me and I received my refund of $129.68, but I did not receive the 34.90 that I spent on return postage for the defective unit and for the "cheaper" unit. Still trying to get Paypal to help me get that refunded also. You are full of crap and I hope everyone is very hesistant about doing business with you.. And if you are so honorable, why don't you refund the money it cost me to send the crap back. Most Decent businesses do that when the item is defective."
