"They shipped a $2,000.00 frame with some paper wrapping and stuffed in a cardboard box with some strips of 1" styrofoam around the edges... It arrives with the 3 corners broken! When I complained they told me that it is the best they can do!!!
Do not ship anything of value with them. I have done a lot of shipping but it is is by far one of the worst packing I have ever seen.

"We paid Navis $1700 to crate and ship a $45,000 laser for us. The company they contracted out the shipping to dropped our laser that was clearly marked fragile off of a forklift and caused extensive damage. Neither company would take any financial responsibility for the damage even though Navis is the one who told us that it was dropped off of a forklift. Do not entrust this company with any kind of valuable items to ship!!"
