My experience with this selling has been BAD(VERY BAD).
I did an order that never came. After claiming first to them and after to Paypal they gave to me one tracking number mistaken.
They admitted that they had been wrong but they did not rectify this information to Paypal.
Not only they have not facilitated one to me the tracking number but they have been very undeficien
t (contradiction multitude,etc).
I am buying in Internet and I have never felt so defrauded and unprotected.
I dont received any refound ,apologie, any of any.

"I sent in a paypal payment on 2/18/2008 and today is 2/27/2008. I have not heard any feedback on the shipping status or anything. They do not answer their phones or respond to email. Its been 9 days and nothing. Hopefully I will get some update soon.

Its now March 4th, 2008 and I have yet to hear a word from them. I filed a Paypal dispute as well. Stay far far away from this company. If you need some shutter hardware just goto Amazon.com and search for it there. This place is awful. In my 10 years on online purchases this is the first time the company didnt even care enough about their customer to even respond much less fullfill the order after taking an instant PayPal payment."
