Not happy with how they handled our situation

"I never leave reviews but I have to for this . I order my rug on the tenth of October . Never heard a word on the transaction . No money taken out . Finally decide to call on the 17 of October and one of the representatives said they couldn’t find anything on my order. So I canceled the rug and she said she would cancel it for me. Next morning I received an email stating they can’t cancel because it had already shipped . So before this email I ordered the rug from another place . So now they took my payment and the order was not canceled. When I received this rug I had called and emailed about the return of the rug . The lady stated she’ll have my instructions on the return. Well now they say I have to pay for shipping and I have to pay for a 15% restock fee to return a rug that was supposed to be canceled but they did not do it . This is ridiculous . So I emailed again about this because this was their fault for not relaying the proper information you are suppose to receive after an order and the gal says she can only lower restock fee to 10% and I still have to pay shipping. I’m not one to ever complain about anything but this is really wrong . It’s going to cost half the amount I paid for the rug just to return the thing. The person stated that the rug shipped out on the 14th and that they were on a Sukkos holiday that is why I didn’t get the proper information and tracking number for my purchase. Well Sukkos Holiday shouldn’t effect the customer what so ever . I know they can give me a full refund on the rug but they are choosing not to. Really poor customer service ! "

Both GoingRugs & GoingDecor are HORRIBLE!

"I spent a whole day going back and forth with this company trying to purchase TWO 12' x 15' rolls of wall-to-wall carpeting. They advertised BOTH "Price Matching" and "Make an Offer". They refused to price match and also refused the same match price as an offer. They stated they couldn't go that low because it was under their cost. So we bantered back and forth ALL DAY just for me to get the following email:

"Good Afternoon,

After looking further into this with my company and the manufacturer I was able to come up with the problem. This item is not actually an area rug, but rather wall to wall carpeting that is purchased per square foot. We do not sell these products and as such I have discontinued that item on our site.

I apologize for any confusion."

What a joke!!! Worst customer service experience that I have ever had!!

Terrible! Don't waste your time

"Ordered a rug many weeks ago, wrote an email, left a message, just called again to learn the rug is out of stock, inventory levels were wrong and they are not able to ship it for another month! NO communication from them, and now I'm left without a rug for a grand opening for my store. All they can offer is an apology. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I WONDER IF THEY EVEN STOCK THINGS OR JUST ORDER FROM MANUFACTURE DIRECTLY AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY?"

"Easy ordering process. However, dissatisfied with customer service. Product that showed "4 available" was out of stock. Stock information was not well reported by customer service and they did not update their website 4 days later (and counting) deceptively getting sales. In addition, no good faith customer service for even basic requests like extending the price match window until the item becomes in stock again. Would not order from here again."
