6 months late, wrong amount, and bad workmanship.

"Ordered 6 extension cables split in the middle, for the 6 gobos I recently ordered, in June.

After some back and forth over the reason I wanted them split, all communication ended.

In August they assured me they would get them to me. I got 4 complete cables with the wrong connectors.

In September I was assured I would get the cables I paid for in June, and a return label for the wrong cables.

In October I was told they would look into why I hadn't received the cables yet.

In early November, I demanded my 300 dollars back. They finally sent me a mess of assorted cables, some of which aren't soldered completely, and told me to never do business with them again.

Advice I am happy to pass on to anyone asking...

"They don't produce products themselves, they're just a middle man. Customer service has gone to sh*t over the past few years. They've dropped the ball on multiple occasions and did I not know people at Rosco (who actually manufactures the metal gobos), I would have been completely screwed! On my latest order, I ordered and paid online as I always have (been a customer for many years), but then I receive an email that the price has gone up and I would have to pay an additional amount in order to have my gobo produced. Because they've dragged their feet on getting me that info, they also want to charge me $25 for a rush fee. What?! You delay the start of my order because you can't get your act together, then want to charge me more on top of charging me more. The emails back and forth regarding this incident have been less than professional. Just go to Stage Spot!!!"
