Great quality stuff. Shipping was quick. Great customer service.
Dipstick was cracked a bit on the GX120 HONDA engine (made of soft plastic , manufacturing thing). I've Emailed out to let them know. Couple of days later got a call back and a new dipstick in a mail free of charge.

“Unfortunately this item in question was discontinued by the manufacturer for 2013 and when we notified the customer days after his order was placed and attempted to suggest an alternate part, we were accused of dishonest shenanigans. The item was shown as out of stock on our website when the customer placed his online order; we didn't have it on hand. When we received the order from the customer we contacted the manufacturer to arrange a drop-shipment and at that time we were informed that it had been discontinued. Though the customer suggests that there may have been some other reason behind our inability to supply the part and our attempt to suggest an alternate, it was simply due product unavailability.
With 150,000 parts published on our site, this can and does occasionally happen and we regret it. Additionally, the product was immediately removed from our site and we apologize for the misunderstanding.”
