"I bought two games here in the last two years and canceled a pre-order. Everything went fine.

The refund of the fifa 15 pre-order was done in less than 6 hours! Haven't seen such a fast refund by other key sellers yet.

"WARNING!

I bought the CD-Key for SimCity.
Took about 30 minutes to get it in the email after I payed for it so I was in the chat asking about that when it arrived. Closed the chat and activated it in Origin.
X - CODE ALLREADY USED.

Wtf. Opened the chat again and came to the same guy I spoke to when the code arrived. There was nothing he could do. Said it would hopefully be solved this week and today its Tuesday.
Told him thats not acceptable and then a marathon chatsession started.
Asked several times for a manager to help me but he refused.
Asked for a refund since I hadn´t recieved any product that I paid for - refused.
Then very conveniently his shift ended so I got a new guy - same story.

They all answer like machines saying there is nothing they can do.
They have to follow protocol and contact EA and that was gonna take time.
All I can do is wait and send an email to the complaint department.
Asked for a manager again and again, still refused.

Then I called EA myself while still in the chat.
Took 10 minutes to find out that the code was activated on Mars 7 and today is Mars 19.
Told them that and even gave them the phonenumber to EA, but they still wouldn´t help or call EA to verify.
The only respons was that they were gonna add that to the information they allready had and continue to "investigate".

During the chat they several times accused me of trying to scam them.

So finally after almost 3 HOURS in the chat I managed to get them to call EA themselfs.
Then they suddenly without asking decided to not give me a new code but refund my card instead, a process that will take a couple of days...

So I spent half a day on this, and when it was all over I had no game, and my money locked in the refund process.

I will never never NEVER buy anything from go2arena again.
And I seriously caution you not to either.

I guess when all is good you will be fine.
But if there is any problems you will not get any help at all.

I was planning to post the complete transcript from the chat but I couldn´t even fit half...
