"Save yourself a lot of frustration. I ordered a phone, realized it was the wrong one and immediately tried to resolve the problem. There is NO phone support number. You cannot contact except through website email. I sent an email asking to cancel the phone and I had already ordered a second phone. No response. I sent another email the next day outlining the two orders and gave them order numbers and asked them to cancel the first one. Three days later I got both phones. The instructions for returning the phone came from a company called BuySpry. I called them, got return instructions and a mailing label. The unopened phone was packaged back up and sent out that same day. They received the phone on December 17th after the first delivery did not happen because nobody is there on a Saturday. It is now ten days later and after two phone calls to BuySpry I still have not received a credit to my account. BuySpry basically told me they tried twice to issue the refund and it wouldn’t go through so I needed to contact Glyde. I asked for a phone number and they said they did not have one. I called my bank and they have issued a provisional credit and are trying to get hold of the only guy at Glyde named Ishai.

This has been the most frustrating company in the world to deal with. The phone we got and kept seems to be a nice phone. I pray it stays that way because getting a refund for any reason is near next to impossible.

Nobody tells you at the Glyde site that you will be dealing with three different companies. Direct Deals, BuySpry and Glyde.

"My experience with Glyde was HORRIBLE. I am not one at all to be demanding, but I spent almost $400 on a phone that is not functional. I needed the phone by a particular date (and ordered it with plenty of time), did not receive it in a timely fashion (took a month), I finally receive it and it is not what it was listed as at all (there was a scratch on the camera lens and the charger did not come with it as described), and then they would not even allow me to return it when it was not even close to the description on the site. I contacted them within 24 hours and they said that I didn't and therefore was out of compliance. Do not use this site unless you want to get ripped off. "
