"Packing & moving service booked as per MovePlan- INL[protected] for 1 Sep 2019, to start at 9AM. No response from anybody at Glovve until 10 AM, in spite of over 50 calls to their manager and executives. Managed to get connected to the move manager at 10:15 AM, who committed start of operations by 11 AM. Finally, a bunch of 5 unruly, totally unorganized and useless guys came home around 1 PM, with just a couple of carton boxes and gunny bags. Starting to look around what to do, they started asking me if I know any hardware shops nearby to go and get some tools, another fellow is asking me if I can provide him a vehicle to go and buy those tools. The third guy is asking me if I can provide him some packing materials. I immediately asked them to get out of the house, lest I lose my sanity.
I am seeking compensation of Rs. 65000 for damages, agony and mental trauma that Glovve has caused for this mockery that they have done to a customer who has already paid advance and kept everything aside waiting for this move.
Have not received the refund of my advance amount yet.

The deal was fixed , money was paid and on the day of shifting.. before even coming home the guy says we need 8000 more if u want us to come .. The staff are highly trained, and they use good quality boxes to pack our stuff. The stuff was delivered safely on the promised date. I am really Very satisfied with their services."

What they promised
1-I enquired about a moving of 1bhk , and they quoted X amount, promised all items will be packed including TV, Fridge, Cots etc
2- Promised big vehicle will be provided
3- Promised vehicle will reach on time
What they delivered
1- No packing material for TV, Fridge, Washing machine, cots not even glass items as a result deep scratches everywhere on my new cot which can't be repaired any more even they scratched the floor and door of the new house which I have to spend money and repair now
2- Small vehicle, things were literally stuffed in a dangerous way and I was told that's how it works
3- Vehicle was scheduled to come at 2pm, they came at 4pm saying they were having lunch and aren't robots
Upon questioning their moving manager, he mentioned it was under bronze package which has minimum packaging which was never told to me, he put the blame on the sales guy Sachin who shouldn't be in sales because he seems to have 0 qualities
Final feedback
Nothing for the company because they are highly unprofessional and I am afraid can't run the company for long
For people who wants to use their service, be prepared for your items to be destroyed, avoid using their service, use Porter best solution for moving"
"I paid a premium after reading positive reviews about them then regretted. They took 10 days against promised 3~4 days, they shipped my expensive(natural rubber/memory foam) mattresses without any protection(they promised to plastic wrap them and box them at warehouse), mixed my items in a truck carrying cement. The result, I received my beds broken in the middle, exposed and covered in cement! Rest of my stuffs were also covered in cement(see photos).
Not to mention not assigning a proper case manager, not picking up my calls and asking me to call someone else washing their hands off.

"I moved my home on 01.06.2019, they r picking my goods at 9.00pm only..they are committment was 10.00am. They are move the goods not logically, very worst packing. Actual order was delivery at 1st floor. The delivery driver refused to deliver the item on 1st floor
Still my goods at under ground only. The packers and movers missed my Table fan..and dont any replies and care about our goods. Really waste fellows..no one take good job...
The committment was deliver the goods on 5th june 19, actually today 7th june 19 delivered. Overall these guys are zero in nature. Kindly dont give the order to these guys. This ia humble request and away from glovve.com packers and movers."
"had paid online through to move my house shifting on 29th May 2019 through Glovve and thinking that they are professionals But from the reporting time onwards they have delayed. Instead of coming at 10am they came on 12.30pm. As per the communication they suppose to cover all electronics goods but nothing is done. All hurry burry work and their Ac tecnicians are 3rd orders. They were arguing with me and damaged my indoor unit and external pipeline... they suppose to fix my AC back at my new house and did not turned up.. they have charged for my AC dismandling and fixing and half work not done or money not refunded. My new dine in table got damaged. One thing i understood Glovve is not professional company and just local and worst ever service provided. They act as professional and gives several mail communications and the ground reality is zero... who ever read this i suggest not to make a mistake in your shifting with this uncultured team called Glovve."
